Stretching is so good for your body after a hard workout or after a long day at work. With this simple yoga cat stretch, you can unwind and relax. Stretch out like a cat. Get on the floor on all fours. You should be on your hands and knees. Round your back up as high as it can go. Hold this position. Release your back down the opposite direction with your head and butt reaching to the sky. Hold this position. Increase flexibility with this move. Take it easy like a cat would and simply stretch out!
Now try it! Get on your hands and knees. Round your back up and hold for 10 seconds. Drop the back down extending the butt and head up. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise at least 3 times. Make time for easy stretching and a more relaxed and calm you!
